Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about StockPilot AI.
What platforms does StockPilot support?
Adobe Stock is our primary live platform with full 1-click in-page auto-fill. You can also export standardized CSV metadata for Freepik, Shutterstock, and iStock. Native in-page adapters for Freepik, Shutterstock, and iStock are in active development.
How does 1-click auto-fill work inside Adobe Stock?
StockPilot runs as a Chrome side panel alongside your Adobe Stock contributor dashboard. Once you review your generated titles, categories, and keywords, clicking Auto-Fill populates the portal form fields directly without manual copy-pasting.
How does AI Double-Check work?
Every metadata generation passes through a 2-stage verification pipeline: first, multimodal vision analyzes visual composition and objects; second, an automated second-opinion audit checks title length, banned words, category matching, and commercial keyword rankings against marketplace policies before submission.
How does in-browser duplicate detection work?
StockPilot runs perceptual image hashing directly on your local browser canvas. If you queue multiple near-identical shots from the same photo series, it flags them so you can avoid marketplace spam rejections.
Which tiers include batch queue processing?
Batch queue processing is available on Pro (up to 5,000 generations/mo) and Unlimited tiers. Free users process individual images up to 20 generations per day.
Does it work with AI-generated images?
Yes. StockPilot handles AI-generated images the same as traditional photography, evaluating visual content and commercial suitability.
Is my data private?
Yes. Images are analyzed securely through our keyless server relay and are never retained, sold, or used to train public models. You do not need to configure or expose external developer API keys.
Can I customize the keywords?
Yes. Generated metadata is fully editable: you can add, remove, or re-order tags and refine titles before auto-filling into contributor forms.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If StockPilot does not work for you within the first 7 days of your first paid purchase, we will refund your payment in full, subject to our Refund Policy.
Read the Refund PolicyCan I use StockPilot on multiple computers?
Yes. Simply log into your StockPilot account on Chrome from any computer to access your active plan, credits, and features.
What browsers are supported?
Currently Google Chrome (desktop) via the Chrome Web Store. Edge and other Chromium browsers are also compatible.
