Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately and unused time is credited towards your new tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel yourself from the billing portal in your account (no support ticket needed). You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, everything you generated stays yours, and there is no lock-in.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes, you get an optional 7-day trial on Pro and Unlimited. The paid trial starts at checkout, a credit card is required, and automatic billing begins on day 7 if not cancelled. In contrast, signing up for the permanent Free account requires no credit card, provides 7 daily generations indefinitely, and never auto-charges.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is kept. After a downgrade to Free you can still view everything; generating new metadata follows the Free limits (7 a day, Adobe Stock, Freepik & Shutterstock).
What counts as a "generation"?
One image processed through vision AI equals one generation. Generating metadata for multiple platforms from one image counts as a single generation.
What happens when I hit my limit?
There are no overage fees. Free shows a warning plus an upgrade prompt at 7 a day; Pro warns at 95% (4,750) and stops at 5,000 a month with an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to continue immediately.
Is Unlimited really unlimited?
Standard generations are unlimited. Premium-model generations are capped at 300/month on Unlimited; overage auto-continues on Balanced without extra charges or interruptions.
Do you offer student discounts or lifetime deals?
We do not offer student discounts or one-time lifetime purchases. However, the first 100 Pro subscribers can lock in our Early Adopter $10/mo promotional rate for life. Cancel or resubscribe and the rate is lost; resubscribing uses the standard price.
Do you offer refunds?
Any charge, first purchase or renewal, is refundable in full within 7 calendar days of the charge. Cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the billing period with no hidden fees or overages.
