Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately and unused time is credited towards your new tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel yourself from the billing portal in your account (no support ticket needed). You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, everything you generated stays yours, and there is no lock-in.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes, you get a 7-day trial on Pro and Unlimited. The trial starts at checkout, a card is required, and it auto-charges on day 7. Cancel before day 7 from your billing portal and you will not be charged.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is kept. After a downgrade to Free you can still view everything; generating new metadata follows the Free limits (20 a day, Adobe Stock).
What counts as a "generation"?
One image processed through vision AI equals one generation. Generating metadata for multiple platforms from one image counts as a single generation.
What happens when I hit my limit?
There are no overage fees. Free shows a warning plus an upgrade prompt at 20 a day; Pro stops at 5,000 a month with an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to continue immediately.
Is Unlimited really unlimited?
Standard generations are unlimited. Premium-model generations are capped at 300/month on Unlimited; overage auto-continues on Balanced without extra charges or interruptions.
Do you offer student discounts or lifetime deals?
We do not offer student discounts or one-time lifetime purchases. However, the first 100 Pro subscribers can lock in our Early Adopter $10/mo promotional rate for life.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, every first paid purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Renewals are non-refundable, and annual plans are prorated if you cancel mid-cycle.
