Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using StockPilot AI (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these terms and the Chrome Web Store terms of service.

3. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on paid plans.

4. Fair use

Usage limits (generations per day/month) are specified on the pricing page. Automated or abusive usage that exceeds reasonable bounds may result in throttling or account suspension.

5. Prohibited uses

• Using the Extension to upload illegal or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.
• Reselling or redistributing the Extension or its generated output as a service.
• Circumventing usage limits or license validation.

6. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Metadata generated by the AI may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying before submission to stock platforms. We are not liable for platform rejections or account issues resulting from generated metadata.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPilot AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or the Extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
